Here are nuts and bolts of The Groad Less Traveled Challenge.
Ride bikes, submit your rides, win prizes! It's that easy. Any athlete can enter regardless of proficiency, speed, hours ridden, QOM's or KOM's. It really doesn't matter to us if you ride a long distance in a short amount of time or a short distance in long amount of time as long as you're out there riding.
To qualify for the monthly drawing it only takes 1 ride, 1 gravel ride that's it. For the purposes of this challenge a gravel ride should consist of 75% off road riding.

The Rules

Rides must be gravel rides as defined above
Rides must be submitted via email to [email protected]
Submitted rides must have a picture from the ride attached in the email
Participants must follow us on instagram @playing_bikes
1 entry per month per athlete. We want you to ride more and submit a many rides as you can but we also want to ensure that this challenge fits into everyone's schedule. 1 ride is enough to be eligible for the drawing. As things develop we may add other pop-up challenges so don't hesitate to keep submitting your rides.
A monthly drawing will be completed using a random number generator between the 1st and 5th of the following month. Ex. if you submit a ride in September your name will be given a random number placement on a spreadsheet and between October 1st and 5th we'll use a random number generator to select the winner.
The winner will be notified by email. We will also post the winners name on the thread in the Strava club.

How to submit a ride...

Email us a link to your Strava ride and include a picture from your ride as well. Click the box below for that method.
You can easily upload a photo to your Strava ride directly from the app. Within the app select the option to "Share Activity" and send it to us at [email protected]
Remember that to be eligible for the monthly prize drawing you must follow us on Instagram @playing_bikes
